Cavalleria.ca is a private founding pilot for executives. This notice explains how pilot information is handled.

Information you provide
We process account information and the company context, evidence, decisions, commitments, outcomes, feedback, and messages you choose to enter. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
How information is used
Pilot information is used to provide CHIEF, preserve your account-scoped context, generate requested analysis, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and protect the service.
AI processing and verification
Authorized context may be sent to our AI service provider when you request analysis. CHIEF does not independently verify business facts, connect to business systems unless explicitly implemented and authorized, or act on your behalf.
Storage and account separation
Pilot context is stored on the server and scoped to the authenticated account. Reasonable safeguards are used, but the pilot should not be treated as a substitute for your own security, legal, financial, or records-management controls.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the pilot, when required by law, or with your direction. We do not sell pilot company context.
Retention and control
Information is retained while the pilot account is active or as needed to operate and protect the service. Signed-in pilots can export their pilot data and request deletion from Settings.
