Pilot and product support
Email support@cavalleria.ca. Include only the minimum information needed to describe the issue; do not send confidential company evidence by email.
Privacy or data requests
Use the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject. Signed-in pilots can also export or request deletion of pilot data from Settings.
Security reports
Use “Security report” in the subject and avoid including sensitive exploit details until the team confirms a safe channel.
Response expectations
Founding-pilot support is handled directly by the Cavalleria team. Response times are not guaranteed while the pilot is evolving.
