Pilot Terms
These terms set the expectations for participation in the Cavalleria.ca founding pilot.

Pilot service
Cavalleria.ca provides CHIEF as an evolving executive intelligence pilot. Features, availability, and outputs may change as the product develops.
Executive authority
CHIEF prepares analysis and structures information from authorized context. You remain responsible for every business, legal, financial, employment, customer, and operational decision and action.
No independent verification
Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. CHIEF does not independently verify submitted facts, guarantee outcomes or economic value, or replace professional advice. Review important outputs against original sources and qualified advisers.
Authorized use
You must have authority to submit the information you provide. Do not use the pilot for unlawful activity, to violate another person’s rights, or to make solely automated decisions about individuals.
Confidentiality and feedback
We treat pilot context according to the Privacy notice. Product feedback may be used to improve Cavalleria.ca, but private company content is not public marketing material without separate permission.
Availability
The pilot is provided on an evolving basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, data, or the service.
Leaving the pilot
You may stop using the pilot at any time. Signed-in pilots can export their data and request deletion from Settings.
